RALSTON, Neb. (January 9, 2024) – The 2024 AAU Wrestling Winter Nationals revisited an old arena with a brand new name. This past weekend, Liberty First Credit Union Arena saw wrestlers being crowned with their championship chains and AAU National Championship Rings. With the competition concluded, it’s time to clean the mats and reflect on the standout achievers in this year’s event.

Athletes from 14 different states journeyed to Ralston, converging to compete for the coveted AAU championship chain. Liberty First Credit Union Arena witnessed a total of 1,238 wrestlers, segmented into various age groups and weight categories. These groups included: Tots (6 and under), Batam (7-8), Midget (9-10), Novice (11-12), and School Boy/Girl 8th grade and under (13-15). The victors of each weight category within every division were honored with a Chain of Champions.
